General terms and conditions of N Hotels Group, spol. s.r.o.
PARTICIPANTS OF THE CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP:
- The company N Hotels Group, pol. s.r.o. with headquarters at Nerudova 44, Prague 1, 118 00, registered under identification number 63987279, hereinafter referred to as "Hotel".
- Customer – as a natural or legal person (These conditions apply in general to all hotel Guests and agencies with which a written contract for the provision of services has not been negotiated.), hereinafter referred to as "Guest".
RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES:
- Reservation of accommodation and other services at the Hotel and confirmation of this reservation by the hotel is only possible in writing, i.e. by email.
- The reservation is considered valid and binding if the Hotel confirms the reservation in writing to the Guest or an automatic email confirmation generated by the relevant online reservation system.
- The reservation is completed using payment cards or payment of a deposit in the amount of the ordered accommodation and services. Individual terms and conditions may apply.
- In the event that the Hotel or the Guest does not meet the conditions stated in the point above, the hotel does not have to provide accommodation and services.
- The information provided on the booking confirmation is binding for both parties.
PRICES, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT TERMS:
- The price is per room for one night, including breakfast, unless the guest chooses otherwise.
- VAT is included in the accommodation price. The city fee of CZK 50 per person per night is not included in the price of accommodation. The Guest pays this fee at the hotel reception.
- Cancellation of a confirmed reservation can also only be done in writing, i.e. by email. The exact way to cancel a reservation is the reservation system that was used for the reservation.
- When canceling a reservation that was entered through an external provider (e.g. booking.com), the reservation must also be canceled through this provider in the manner required by the provider and under the conditions of the reservation.
- Changing the reservation, i.e. moving the ordered services to another date, is equivalent to canceling the original reservation and follows the same procedure as canceling the reservation.
- Accommodation can be paid in cash, the hotel accepts CZK and EUR. In the case of payment by credit/payment card, the amount in CZK will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to use the internal exchange rate between CZK and EUR.
- The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the Guest's cards up to the total amount for the accommodation.
- If the guest does not arrive, the reservation is canceled and the hotel is entitled to charge the costs for the entire stay of the guest.
- In the event that the Guest has to leave early during the stay and accommodates another Guest instead of him, i.e. in the event that the persons in the room change, the hotel reserves the right to charge a service fee of CZK 2,000 for this change.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST:
- The guest has the right to use the reserved spaces and their equipment, as well as the equipment of the common areas. For completeness - this right does not entitle the guest to use the restaurant and bar services prior to prior reservation, nor does it entitle the guest to reserve a specific table in the restaurant/bar.
- The guest is responsible for all damages caused to the room during the stay and agrees to pay any costs for repairs, replacements or special cleaning. The amount of payment will be determined by the Hotel.
- The guest is obliged to remove defects and complain about any deficiencies during their stay in the hotel so that a remedy can be arranged.
- The guest is obliged to pay the costs associated with the use of the hotel's services, including additional services, unless otherwise agreed, no later than on the day of departure. If the amount is not paid, the Hotel is entitled to charge the payment for the guest's payment card after the guest's departure.
- The Guest may withdraw from the contract on the basis of cancellation conditions or if the hotel has not provided the Guest with pre-agreed services corresponding to the standard of the reserved Hotel.
- Check-in time at hotels is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Early check-in is only possible after agreement with the hotel for a fee.
- Check-out time is until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible upon agreement with the hotel for a fee.
- The hotel is non-smoking. This applies to all tobacco products, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, hookahs and other similar devices. Violation of this regulation and smoking in the hotel room or premises entitles the Hotel to charge the Guest a fine of EUR 250 for cleaning the hotel room, in the case of a public area such as a restaurant, reception, bar, etc., up to EUR 800 may be charged. This applies to individual guest stays as well as fire event stays. Smoking is only possible outside the hotel premises.
- In the range from 22:00 to 6:00 is the time of night rest. Behavior that leads to disturbance of other guests during the quiet time of the night is prohibited (includes listening to loud music, television, shouting in rooms, corridors and other disruptive behavior). In the case of serious violations of this rule, the hotel may penalize guests with a financial fine of up to EUR 400 or, in necessary cases, call the police.
- Accommodation of an animal/dog in the hotel is possible for an additional fee of 10.-EURO/ per day and animal. The owner of the accommodated animal/dog bears full responsibility for the following. The Hotel reserves the right to charge for all damages, including loss of room revenue during repairs, even if discovered after departure. In case of excessive noise or damage, the Hotel may immediately terminate the accommodation without compensation. Maximum 2 pets per room.
- The Hotel reserves the right to restrict or prohibit pets in rooms or public areas at any time without prior notice.
- Parents are responsible for their children’s behavior and damages. The Hotel reserves the right to terminate a stay in case of inappropriate behavior. Child surcharges depend on location and age, including children sleeping in parents’ beds. Guests must verify child pricing during booking and settle any differences on site.
- Any commercial activity or audio/video recording for business purposes within Hotel premises without prior consent is prohibited and subject to a fine of CZK 100,000.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL:
- The Hotel shall provide accommodation according to agreed services and Hotel standards.
- If the Hotel cannot accommodate the Guest due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. exclusivity booking, staff health issues, etc.), it shall arrange comparable accommodation in another facility of the same category under the same financial conditions (not necessarily the same room category), either for the original or alternative date. No further compensation applies. The Hotel may withdraw from the contract if no alternative agreement is possible.
- The Hotel reserves the right to determine the form of breakfast depending on occupancy (buffet, partial buffet, or à la carte).
OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
- In case of a consumer dispute not resolved amicably, the competent authority for alternative dispute resolution is:

- The ADR procedure is free of charge for the consumer. Each party bears its own costs.

FINAL PROVISIONS:
- These terms are valid from 1 January 2010. The Hotel reserves the right to amend them. Guests are obliged to comply with the current version.
- The Hotel processes personal data only for the duration necessary to provide services or as required by law and does not disclose such data to third parties.
